Yesterday, I finished 5 sessions of observation
during lunch hours. For another 5 sessions of observation, I will observe during dinner hours which was from 8.30pm to 9.45pm. According to Mr. Yuli Swyara which I
mentioned in last post, this dinner hours were the prime hour for this restaurant.
When I stepped into Domino’s Pizza, there already had many customers who were having their dinner and mostly were family. Same as yesterday, I
sit at the place which was near to the entrance.
